This study represents a comparative design study between a conventional below grade garage, and a fully automated below grade parking facility for approx. 1,100 cars.

The analysis clearly shows that the automated faciliy is less expensive and far less intrusive in the landscape. The significant cost savings are being achieved largely because of the much more compact building size for the automated garage.
