Part of a masterplan on one of the very few flat beaches in town, this design occupies is located near a site that forms a natural ‘city gate’ leading into town.
Limited by the city's Spanish revival style, the design playfully alludes to the inclusion of ‘found elements’ and arranges 6 villas in a compact urban block.
All parking is underground, and ground level commercial spaces will be available to people using the popular nearby beach.
Gerhard W. Mayer was the lead architect on the project.
