The Doheny Hotel is a resort hotel next to one of Orange County’s most famous beaches.
The hotel was to include 250 rooms, a spa, conference facilities, adjacent shopping, rooftop entertainment area and a beach health club with spa. All parking was to be accommodated underground in an adjacent hillside.
